My father and I spent some time at the Saint Joseph beaches and piers this
morning (25 Nov) in search of the BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE. We were
unsucessful in relocating the bird. I spoke with another birder (David
Johnson) who also failed to find it.
I did actually get one 'good" bird: a RED-THROATED LOON, off Tiscornia Park.
SNOW BUNTINGS and usual suspects were present there too. But no gulls
besides RING-BILLED and HERRING.
