Black-legged Kittiwake--Berrien--11/22

Kip Miller just called from Saint Joseph in Berrien County, to report a 
first-winter BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE. It is currently located (swimming)  in 
the channel of the Saint Joseph River, in between the two piers. Kip says it 
was initially spotted offshore of Silver Beach County Park.
