Hi,

The previously reported first year male Summer Tanager was present this
morning at the Erie Marsh Preserve (Gun Club) in Southeast Monroe County
along the South dike near the junk pile, not far in from the parking lot.
It was very obliging, providing full frame binocular views at eye level as
it caught insects and returned to exposed perches to eat.

Also present was a Clay-Colored Sparrow, apparently associating with the
many White-Crowned Sparrows just East of the parking area.

Otherwise, I saw a Red-Headed Woodpecker, 15 species of warblers and lots of
other expected stuff.

Curt
