Owls, Thayer's Gull; @L.E.M.P. 1/29

Howdy Mich-listers,
 I braved the chilly winds and birded the Lake Erie Metropark ( Wayne Co.) 
this afternoon.
On the ice at the Cove pt. there was a 1st winter THAYER'S GULL. I also had 2 
Saw-whet Owls behind the nature center and 6 Long- Eared Owls across the road 
from the nature center.
