[Mich-chat] Muskegon Wastewater shorebirds and Eared Grebe 17 Oct 2009

Shorebirds of possible interest observed Saturday morning at the Muskegon
Wastewater:

4 Semipalmated plover
1 L Yellowlegs
4 Least Sandpiper
6 Baird's Sandpiper
2 Pectoral Sandpiper
44 Dunlin

Most of these birds were feeding in the easternmost cell which was drawn
down. A small group of Dunlin were moving along the East Lagoon shore of the
center dike.

There was an eared grebe in the West Lagoon near the center dike.
