[Mich-chat] Gulls - Lake Fenton (Genesee co) 12-12-09

Birders,

There was a good variety of gulls late this afternoon at Lake Fenton, though the total numbers of gulls appears lower than last week. Along with all the Herring & Ring-bills were the following. All were seen from the previously reported vacant lot on Margaret Dr, unless otherwise noted.

1 Iceland Gull (first winter) 
2 or 3 Lesser Black-backed Gulls (adults)
1 Glaucous Gull (2nd winter)
1 Great Black-backed Gull (first winter) - Lahring & Torrey Rd

There were also 6 Common Goldeneyes,  3 Hooded Mergansers, and one male Ruddy Duck.
