White-winged Scoter - Washtenaw - Wed., Nov. 12

Birders,
  Roger Wykes called to say he had a White-winged Scoter at Big Portage Lake at 5:15pm today, viewed from Dexter-Pinckney Rd.  Also mucho coots, and a huge flock of gulls, but containing no Franklin's that he could see, though it was getting a trifle dark.
  Did anyone check Whitmore Lake late this afternoon for a similar wad of roosting gulls?
