Birders,

On Wednesday, March 26th, a Peregrine Falcon was reported in downtown
Kalamazoo, the photos I saw document an adult peregrine. The bird was seen
near the intersection of Lovell and Rose Streets, perching on light posts
and signs. The falcon was also observed catching a small bird, flying to the
SE corner of the roof of city hall, and consuming the prey. This part of
city hall is visible from Lovell Street between Rose and Park Streets, in
the area of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.

Good Birding,

Sara Oliver
