Red-throated Loon, Manistee

A Red-throated Loon, 35 White-winged Scoters and a low count of 30 Long-tailed Ducks this morning at the First St. Pier in Manistee.  The pier is ice-free and it is possible to walk to the end off from where the loon was outside the harbor.
