I had a glorious day today photographing some amazingly cooperative Bohemian
Waxwings on the CMU campus in Mt. Pleasant. These birds seem to have no fear
of humans! I've posted some of my photos on the photo-sharing site:

The birds were frequenting berry-laden trees on several sides of the Finch
Fieldhouse. Thanks to Ryan Dziedzic for finding these birds, and to Doug
McWhirter for posting an update yesterday.

I had another flock of 27 Bohemians, also in Isabella County, along Coe Road
east of Nottawa Road.

In Montcalm County, I had a group of 169 Bohemians and 4 Cedars along Grove
Road between Edgar Road and Tamarack Road. Also in Montcalm County, I had a
Rough-legged Hawk along Grove Road north of Howard City Edmore Road.
