Chatters -

There is a visiting birder here at MSU who is keen to see a Snowy Owl. (We 
picked up Cedar and Bohemian Waxwing today for him at CMU.)  I have not been 
keeping up on posts for the owl, so any current info or suggestions would be 
appreciated.  I do know they have not been common this winter.
