Watched Lake Michigan at Willamsport for about a half hour this am and had good duck migration, at this location many ducks are well offshore:
1,000+ Scaup sp., 200 Greater Scaup, 140 Redhead, 75 Long-tailed Ducks, 8 White-winged Scoters, 60 Bufflehead, 50 Red-breasted Mergansers, 14 Common Mergansers, 12 Mallards, 5 Gadwall. Also had over 300 Pine Siskins cross over the channel that separates the narrow spit of land between Lake Michigan and Portage Lake with one flock of 90 and the total of 300 in twenty minutes from 9:00am.
Also had an Orange-crowned Warbler and Blue-headed Vireo at the house on Bar Lake Rd.
