Walnut Warbler?

I had proof that migration was not quite over this morning as I heard this beautiful warbler singing from the one tree in our backyard -- a Walnut Tree.

Also had a baby Killdeer last night in our neighborhood.
 
And I failed to report a few birds alongside the Chats on Monday:
 
Brown Thrasher
Yellow-billed Cuckoo
Blue-winged Warbler
Ovenbird
Scarlet Tanager (flew in out of no where to seemingly chase off the Ovenbird)
Singing Blackpoll Warbler
