House Finch Disease

Last night as my husband was watering the gardens, he was surprised to come
within 2 feet of a finch on our feeder. He then saw that it was blinded in
one eye with the evidence of House Finch Disease (hence not seeing my husband
approach).

I Googled the disease last night and I did see that Cornell is taking
information on the location of infected birds and I filled out their forms online.
However, I was just wondering if there was anywhere else that I should
report the presence of this infected bird? I didn't know if Michigan has any
tracking/mapping of the spread of the disease as well that would benefit from our
input.

Thanks,
