Took my first tour of Pt. Mouille this afternoon with Gary Knowlton. We had 70 species.

Among the highlights were:
WIMBRELS -- 1 flock of 150+ fly right overhead, another flock of 20 and a third flock of 50.
Ibises (way to distant to determine Glossy or White-faced)
3 Black-bellied Plovers
Semipalmated Plovers
2 Dowitchers
Black Terns --saw maybe 20
Peregrine Falcon -- almost got the Black-bellied Plovers
Purple Martins -- Multitudes
Black-crowned Night Herons -- at least 10 sightings
Bald Eagle

Nice Place.
Good birding,
Scott Manly,
