Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge - May 10

Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge is a great place to witness the mid-May
peak of passerine migration.  Noteworthy birds detected along Ferguson
Bayou Nature Trail on May 10 include:

Lincoln's sparrow
white-crowned sparrow
great crested flycatcher
least flycatcher
black-throated green warbler
black-and-white warbler
American redstart
northern waterthrush
veery
green heron
