Hummingbird arrivals

Birders,

I have just updated my Michigan hummingbird arrival map. There are now 43 April reports mapped, including an amazing 6 in the Upper Peninsula and 6 in the northern Lower Peninsula. The main first arrival is usually in the first 5 days of May, and indeed the 69 reports I received for May 1-5 (so far) certainly supports that. There are still plenty of holes to fill on the map (including my own feeder at home), so keep those reports coming!
