RE Can anyone identify this Owl?

This is a picture I came across today of an owl at a zoo in the UK. I don't 
know where in the world this owl would come from. Can anybody help me ID the 
critter?

This could be a Barn Owl, but there are some other Owls in the world in the Barn Owl family, I suspect that this is one of the other species,  Possibily the  African Grass-Owl, a bird that as I recall is somewhat lighter in color than the Barn Owl.
