Hello all,

This morning, a relatively few amount of birders(with the possibility at
hand) and I attempted to sort through the gulls at the Onyx Landfill in
extreme northeast Washtenaw county. It closed at noon and will not be open
tomorrow to my knowledge. While we were not able to relocate the possible
Yellow-legged Gull reported yesterday, we did manage a few other species;
about a dozen or more GREAT BLACK-BACKED GULLS, two LESSER BLACK-BACKED
GULLS, adult and first winter ICELAND GULLS, GLAUCOUS GULLS, and one
NELSON'S GULL. There were still quite a few gulls I'm sure went under the
radar, but garbage trucks made it almost impossible to check them all. Also
on a few occasions SNOW BUNTINGS flew around the area. Good birding,
