used scope free but needs repair

Hello all:  I have a used Bausch and Lomb scope from the 60's (serial # 6470 UG Rochester NY)  along with a tripod. 
The eyepiece dial is frozen, so without repair it is useless unless you set it up in the house and focus on one spot outside.  The lens are in good shape--no scratches.  

Bausch and Lomb products are now part of Bushnell.  If anyone wants to take a chance on getting it repaired, I will send it if you send me  $10.00 for my mailing cost.  Bushnell will also charge $10 mailing cost to appraise the repair cost.  I hate to just dump it, so hope someone wants it.  The equipment needed in South America cannot be donated without first being repaired.   We are moving and I don't have time to handle this.    Cheers,  Joan
