Brown Thrasher in Jackson County

While birding in northwestern Jackson County today, I discovered a Brown  
Thrasher north of Parma at a feeder at 6521 Brown Road, 1 1/2 miles south of  
Town Road. The homeowner, Lew Folkerth, told me the bird has appeared regularly  
at his feeder since December 15. 
 
The bird was feeding on the ground under the feeder, which is easily  visible 
from the road. If anyone wants an update on this bird, Mr.  Folkerth can be

A little farther north, at 8742 Brown Road, I found 2 Redpolls at a feeder,  
but they disappeared before I could identify them as to species.
