Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge - 9/19

Steve Gasser and Larry Abraham birded the Ferguson Bayou Nature Trail at
Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge on 9/19 and found 46 species (9
warblers) including:

Great Egret  7
Great Blue Heron 10
Bald Eagle 1
Northern Harrier  1
Red-tailed Hawk 2
Eastern Screech-Owl  1  (heard)
Northern Flicker  3
Downy Woodpecker  8
Eastern Wood Peewee  8
Red-eyed Vireo  4
Horned Lark  40
Brown Creeper 1
Gray Catbird  6
Nashville Warbler 1
Magnolia Warbler  7
Black-throated Blue Warbler  1 (female)
Black-throated Green Warbler  1
Blackburnian Warbler  1
Blackpoll Warbler 10
American Redstart  3
Common Yellowthroat 5
Savannah Sparrow  6
White-throated Sparrow 4
Rose-breasted Grosbeak 1
