stopped at the car ferry yesterday and scanned the mudflats in Manistee Lake.  as usual there were extensive mudflats (unlike August when it would be during shorebird migration).  I was suprised to have 7 species including the following: Killdeer, Pectoral, Sanderling, Dunlin, Semipalmated, Least and Snipe.  I think the least and Semipalmated are my latest records for Manistee County.
