AR-News: Couple in Las Vegas wants a Shih Tzu

This is a nice change!  A Las Vegas couple wants to ADOPT  a 
Shih Tzu.   They are interested in a dog up to 2 years old.  They said that 
they tried local shelters and there is a waiting list for a year for a 
Shih Tzu.  They want a young dog because they just spent $1400 one vet bills 
when their last dog was sick and feel a younger dog is more likely to be 
healthy.    They said that they treat their dogs like children and love this breed.
