A police officer in McMinn County says two boys accused of fatally
torturing five young kittens and using a box cutter to slash a small dog
will undergo psychiatric evaluations.

Englewood police Sergeant David Greaves also says charges of aggravated
cruelty to animals are pending against the boys, ages ten and 14.
