John Biles has resigned with immediate effect as a non-executive
director of Montpellier Group, the Aim-traded construction company, for
personal reasons. Mr Biles had joined the Montpellier board only on June
2.

Montpellier, which is building a laboratory for Oxford University, last
week said that its shareholders had been sent "fraudulent" letters by
members of the Animal Liberation Front threatening them with "further
consequences should they not sell their shares".
