I was contacted by a woman in Sussex County, NJ yesterday who is looking to
rehome 7 of her 10 dogs. Apparently the township was contacted about her dogs
and the town ordnance states that she can only have 3 dogs. She is under a
court order to re-home 7 of the 10 by June 30. We really do not have any open
spots right now so we cannot be of much assistance. I am not sure, but I
assume that the town will seize them and turn them over to animal control if they
are not out of her house by the 30th. Please email me njsap at yahoo.com
if you can help and I can give you her name and number.

What I know about the dogs is this: They are all from the same litter (I am
not sure if it was an accidental or planned breeding).

The dogs are about 1 1/2 years old.
There are 2 girls and 5 boys.

The girls are 30 - 35lbs and the boys range from 50 - 90lbs.

She says they are all altered but one boy (I think that one may be one of the
3 she is keeping) and are all UTD. She has a 16 year old son in the house
but they have not been exposed to small children or cats. They are not super
socialized but are not super fearful either.

They are lab/shepard/Samoyed mixes. They are mostly black with some white
and have a lab type fur.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Amy
