AR-News: (US NE) Bluffs woman, dog are mauled by pit bull

A 52-year-old woman and her small, gray dog became the latest victims 
Thursday night in Council Bluffs' rash of pit bull attacks. 
Police are looking for the pit bull's owner - described as a white woman 
wearing a blue shirt - who was walking with a black pit bull and a black-and-white 
pit bull. 
The woman who was attacked had bite marks on her arms and was transported in 
good condition to Mercy Hospital. Police officers wrapped gauze around her 
dog's leg, which also was bitten, and awaited animal control officers to care for 
the animal for the night. Authorities are not releasing the woman's name.
