When Bill Fels founded Springmill Products Inc. and began marketing 
PetRefresh in Seattle last year, the first chemical-free, natural, bottled water for 
pets, he was thinking of the potential of the approximately 60 million pets and 
dogs in the U.S. population.

But Fels’ message of healthy water for pets has generated interest beyond 
U.S. borders, and PetRefresh is rapidly becoming a global product.
