I live in Houston (Harris County), Texas.  I have been issued a citation to
confine the feral cats that I feed.  I need some help.  I am unemployed.  I
want to have the cats spayed and neutered.  This is an apt. complex.  These
cats were here before I moved here.  I give food 2 x daily and some shelter.
I raw feed meat w/o growth hormones or antibiotics and use organic veggies.
I am a member of 2  holistic cat groups on the internet.  One neighbor two
bldgs. away complained because I asked him to have his child play near her
own bldg. as opposed to my patio area.  I am in a 1 bedroom apt. and cannot
bring in 6 cats and 7 kittens.  The office verbally agreed to the TNR, but
Harris County Animal Control says vaccinate and confine or else...  Can you
help me deal with this agency?  On 6/13 I asked 5 neighbors if  they will
tell the leasing office the cats are not a problem, but they have not done
that yet...
