AR-News: (US-fl) AG declines to investigate dog tracks

The State Attorney General’s Office deferred a request by an animal
rights organization to investigate alleged cocaine use at dog tracks
across the state, including the Fort Myers-Naples track in Bonita
Springs.

“We’re extremely frustrated by this decision,” said Christine Dorchak,
vice president of the national GREY2K USA greyhound protection
organization headquartered in Somerville, Mass., one of two organizations
that made the request.
