AR-News: (US-ny) Police Break Up Puppy Mill

Police say that homeowners Vicki Rivas and her husband Joe Patalino were
apparently running an illegal dog breeding operation.

Police say that inside the house, dog feces and urine were found
throughout. As many as 25 dogs were in rooms that had closed windows or
no windows at all.

Rescuers said that luckily all of the dogs appeared to be in good health
but that all will be checked thoroughly by veterinarians.
