It would be nice if we could say that gruesome crime is a big city
problem, but we have plenty to be ashamed of.

Last year we had an incident of people setting fire to ducks in the
domain and last weekend we had another shameful incident.

Some sadist apparently kicked a live turkey around a parking lot. 
...
You make the community safer and you might even be helping the sadists by
getting them the professional help they probably desperately need.
