Dear Friends,

There were four Senators from the IL Executive Committee that did not vote in 
support of the ban on Horse Slaughter.  Bradley Burzynski and Todd Sieben 
voted against HB 649, Debbie Halvorson voted Present, and Edward Petka was 
absent.  Burzynski is dead set against this bill, so please don't waste your time 
contacting him.  However, please contact the other three, and politely urge them 
to support this bill.
