Please be advised we have been notified that Walker Brothers Circus is using
elephants Tina and Jewel from the Clyde Beatty Circus. Walker Brothers does
not have a USDA permit, they just rent animals. If there is any complaints
with elephants notify the USDA Animal Care that it is the Clyde Beatty - Cole
Brothers Circus animals.

If there are any other animals try to find owners name before reporting.

I-SPEAK has sent complaints already to the USDA. They do not have any
schedule for them, due to the no permit status. We would appreciate being informed
if you notice were they will be several days before they get there.

Note - Jewel should not be doing any rear leg lifts per her veterinarian
advisor due to bulge by tail base. Last year a handler for Tina had been noticed
to have black tape over ankus point he slides down when he wants to use sharp
points, causing bleeding. Pictures of foot nails would be appreciated so we
can evaluate present conditions of feet.

Humanely I-SPEAK
