WILD-ANIMAL ACTS featuring everything from tigers to elephants would be
banned under a ballot initiative that animal-rights activists hope to
launch through a petition drive in Livermore next year.

A small number of protesters with East Bay Animal Advocates held boycott
signs Wednesday outside a Circus Gatti performance held at Livermore's
Robertson Park.
