  May 4 - CALDWELL, Kansas -- A cruel case of animal abuse has a Kansas community outraged after police in Caldwell charged two teenagers with killing and mutilating cats.

  Jon Neal, 19, and Henry Fogle, 18, have been arrested for cruelty to animals. Police say the pair killed and decapitated at least one cat and may have videotaped the crime.
