AR-News: (US-ny) Brothers Face Additional Charges In Cat Killings

(Owego-AP) -- More charges have been filed against two teenage brothers
accused of shooting and dragging two of their neighbor's cats from an A.T.V.

Animal cruelty investigator Patrick Cartwright told a Binghamton radio
station (WNBF) that the teens didn't appear to consider the March incident
to be very serious.
