AR-News: RFI -- advocates dealing with cruelty of animals kept in aquariums and similar cages

I know a journalist looking for information on "the cruelty of kidnapping
creatures from their natural habitats and imprisoning them in cages, bowls
and aquariums as pets." Is there any group or activist who deals
specifically with this issue?
