AR-News: Please help

Sorry to bother you but I really need help.  I have been a subscriber of yours for a long time but I have only posted something one time.  Apparently I forgot what I had to do to get anything posted because I wanted to post something again, but  when it ran the attachment was all that strange writing that says nothing.  And I didn't think it would appear as an attachment.because I had put everything on one message.

 Messages to me appeared on 4/28 at 8:20, 8:18 AM, 12:25, 12;25, and 12:23 PM and contained the words IMPORTANT TO AVID.  I have the message from AVID and the attachment.  If I have to log in first I cannot because I have forgotten my ID and password.

If you would please email me with .instructions on how to do this I will be most appreciative.  I feel this message is important.
