I wanted to sent an alert to you about Flemings Prime SteakHouse & Wine Bar.
We received a flyer in the mail from the nation wide restaurant that on Wed.
May 19 they are having a "Golfers & Vintners Wine Dinner" which will include
Foie Gras with their main entree. I called them and spoke to the manager in
the Salt Lake City store and voiced my concern about serving Foie Gras and
the cruelty involved.  The manager said that all 22? of their restaurants
would be serving the same entree. I thought you might be interested as well
about this nation wide event of Foie Gras, promoted by Fleming's Prime Steak
House.
