AR-News: (US-ga) Fraternity member pleads innocent to cruelty charge in raccoon's death

ATHENS, Ga. - A member of a University of Georgia fraternity has pleaded
innocent to a charge of animial cruelty for killing a raccoon at his
fraternity house.

Erik Robert Zimmerman, 20, of Marble, N.C., waived Tuesday's arraignment
after his lawyer asked State Court Judge Kent Lawrence to enter the plea.
