Randlett -- Two gamecock enthusiasts -- men who passionately oppose 
Oklahoma's ban -- plan to make a stand this morning against the new law by 
staging cockfights. Mike Turner and Bobby Jones plan to start the fights at 
10 a.m. on Indian land protected under tribal sovereignty near Randlett. 
"The time has come to make a statement," said Jones, director of a Texas- 
based cockfighting group. "Sadly, there will be people arrested and this 
will ultimately end up in federal court. And Mr. Turner will be victorious."
