AR-News: (CA) Seal pups being skinned alive: Animal welfare group

TORONTO - The International Fund for Animal Welfare is outraged after
returning Wednesday from witnessing Canada's largest seal hunt in almost
40 years.

"This year we saw terrible cruelty and almost no government monitoring of
the hunt," said Rebecca Aldworth, in the animal rights group's news release.

Aldworth is the seal hunt leader for the group and has observed the hunt
for the past five years.
