      Come learn about important current legislation in New York City and State pertaining to animals. 

      The Student Animal Legal Defense Fund presents a talk with Meena Alagappan, Chair of the New York Bar Association’s Committee on Legal Issues Pertaining to Animals. Meena will discuss the legal status of animals as property and important current legislation on the city and state level, involving companion animals, farm animals, and wildlife. This talk is open to the community. 

      Tuesday April 13th, 7:00 p.m.
