Dear Katie; 

I am a member of animals in need and was wondering
if you could help me as I see your name quite freqeuntly 
helping the animals.

A co worker of mine has a Dachshund, who can no longer use her back legs.
She does not have much money, and does not want to put the dog down. 

She is asking if there are any rescue groups out there who 
could donate a harnesses on wheels, or a K-9 Cart for his back legs.
