There used to b 3 Harlan-sites in E.Sussex-Rosehill Farm (which closed down
after 6 mths.of campaigning against it)Cambridge Lane(which closed down a
few weeks ago)and the biggest site, Firgrove Farm, is due to close soon.
This has been confirmed by the Harlan-Headoffice.Locals have told us that
they have it on good authority that the closure is due this month, but for
obvious reasons Harlan did not give a specific date.
Needless to say, we r immensely pleased, particularly bec. we were only a .
small group of people chipping away relentlessly and with great
determination.Very often, when things
appearerd to be hopeless, I always remembered this saying:"If u think u r
too small to b effective, u have never been in bed with a mosquito"
There will b further updates/newspaper articles on our web:

Animal experiments have:
a 63% failure rate when detecting human carcinogens
a 75-95% failure rate for detecting drug side effects
a 70% failure rate for detecting drugs which cause birth defects
Success rates lower than those achieved by uneducated guesswork.

This is not science!!
