Howard, West Edmonton Mall's famed dolphin could be moving to a new home
in the Florida Keys within the next 10 weeks.

The Theater of the Sea in Florida has applied for a permit to move the
controversial cetacean to their 1.2-hectare, salt water lagoon in
Islamorada, located 136 kilometres south of Key Largo.
