STRAYS FROM GALATZI IN DANGER!!!!

Municipality of Galatzi together with ECOSAL(a local Salubrisation'society) started lately to overpopulate a place named "Baza de Ecarisaj" Galatzi,where there are few kennels already overpopulated with 200 strays from my town'streets.

Their motifs for this action was some (more or less true )complaints made at City Hall Galatzi by some citizen ,bitten or disturbed by dogs'presence on streets.
Due to inadequate conditions in this City Hall "shelter",where there isn't fresh water currently,where dogs don't have food(those poor dogs eat "occasionally"),where there aren't veterinary services assured at least for grave situations,...I BEG all animal'lovers who care about romanian strays to write protest letters adressed to local officialities to stop them overpopulate an illegal and inadequate shelter and to explain in public their action:why dogs (sterilised and un-sterilised,vaccinated or not,...)are kept all together,why dogs are left to die because starvation,why they are not treated by a vet....at least most difficult cases,why this action actually take place?!
In 16 kennels as they have there,they cannot shelter 10,000 strays anyway-the number of street dogs from Galatzi,so what is actually the reason of this campaign?!

"Baza de Ecarisaj"-the City Hall "shelter" was used in communism time as a base where dogs were electrocuted and than skinned,for fur-of course!
Un-official sources declared to us today that big officialities from Galatzi are very disturbed suddenly(due to next  election'campaign in Romania this summer,probably)because of street dogs and they WILL START SOON kill dogs they keep catching...
Dogcatchers of ECOSAL are working in three shifts,24 hours /day-they catch dogs and transport poor dogs-as you can see in photos,breaking even national not to mention international laws for animals'protection and strays'administration.

Kennels they use to shelter dogs are SO DIRTY that few humans can bare stand near them,because of smell and because "smelling dirt"..nobody clean those kennels frequently!

Kennels at this "shelter" are not according to romanian current laws for animals'sheltering,regarding space reserved for each dog!
In a 4 square metters kennel,there are crowded 10 or more strays,without water,males and females together,unsterilised dogs with sterilised dogs,vaccinated  or not,without food..those dogs are fighting each otherall the time, living in a hard to be described misery,....nobody care ,none become involved because political interests!!!!!
Peoples working WITH and FOR City Hall are afraid to talk ,at least to tell whom to accuse ,who is responsable for this "campaign" because big names are involved...

Since three days,I feed all those strays daily and I treated few dogs and I gave few medicines for longtreatment to dogkeeper(an older man with heart problems but with golden heart,who hardly can face the situation anymore and who is trying to help those dogs as much as he possible can).
ECOSAL forbidden me to adopt dogs until Monday and even than,I have to pay taxes for each adopted dog because "the keeping conditions were assured"...it's revolting and disgusting!!!!
After ECOSAL'peoples went to chasse more doggies,I was able to talk more with dogkeeper... 
I was able to rescue together with two others persons two dogs,one healthy-named Nero -a male dog I used to feed on streets,a healthy but now traumatized poor boy and an inconscient dog,with general infection-due to infected wounds caused by beatting-he was bitten by dogcatchers!!!!

Our vet.treated him:administrated antibiotics and re-hidratate him ...but don't give him too many chances,still we are fighting for one chance -if he has a remained chance to survive!

Biggest part of those dogs are beatten,with opened wounds(caused by others dogs bites and dogcatchers),some dogs are paralised and try to move from one place to another in two feet,one dog suffer from epilepsia and need a permanent attention..please look at those photos and see the cruelty humans are capable to do here only because it will be an election campaign soon and political party in charge in Galatzi need NEW/MORE VOTES!!!!

I called by phone all officialities from Galatzi at office(yesterday)and by mobile phone-today,I contacted the veterinary that is working for City Hall and he speak me very rude and I also contacted local media!
Maybe authorities can fool part of Galatzi'peoples about this strays'campaign,but I promised them international scandal :I'm going to contact all international media interested to write about Galatzi'authorities "electoral campaign" against strays...and I'll provide photos,video tapes about this NEW and tragic situation!

Until this Galatzi City Hall'"campaign" will be stopped(one way or the other),I'll dedicate my time EXCLUSIVELY to adopt URGENT ill cases from City Hall'"shelter",that will be re-sheltered at ROLDA,with complete veterinary assistance assured ,food,....and I'm going also to provide food daily for those poor dogs that have an uncertain faith and medical supplies,in the limit of my possibilities!

Please ,if you wish to help:send as quickly as you can antibiotics (ointments,pills),internal deparasitation products,skin care products,eyes and ear products..URGENTLY NEEDED!!!!
I ALSO NEED DESPERATELY FUNDS TO BUY DOGFOOD!!!

Please take a good look at those photos(more coming these days),those photos speak themselves about tragic conditions in which dogs are kept in City Hall shelter!What you cannot see in those photos is the tragedy of each dog,the stress a dog is suffering in a miserable kennel,without food or at least water,living in pain and...waiting hours to pass,for an uncertain future!
This is Romania in 2004 and this is the way romanian authorities decided to treat strays!
