Charities took a leaf from Benetton’s book, with the RSPCA featuring headless 
pig carcasses on steel hooks and the NSPCC broadcasting a soundtrack of 
children being abused.

Barnado’s has also run a number of controversial campaigns in recent years. 
One depicted a baby injecting heroin to show the adulthood that could await 
many of the vulnerable young people it works with.
